You can expect - A Controlled Process

• Our President, Chris Kurowski will meet with the homeowner to gather ideas and discuss designs and evaluate costs to arrive at a "all-in-one", value-added approach.
• We will create a preliminary design and a fixed price budget.
• We will revisit the site to review the design and budget making changes to result in an "Action Plan".
• We provide you with a written, exceptionally detailed contract complete with specifications for each element and stage of the project.
• We contract for a specific design, order materials, schedule the project and set a date to commence building.
• Co-owner Jeff Baker works on your project as job manager and coordinator. Jeff has over 27 years of successful experience in project management.
• Upon completion, we perform a final walk through with the homeowner assuring their complete satisfaction.
